A little bit about me and why I’m here
I grew up in Potomac, Maryland and when it came time to build a practice, I didn’t have to think twice about where. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Biology from American University in Washington, DC, I went on to receive my DDS from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2013, followed by an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at East Carolina School of Dental Medicine in North Carolina. More than a decade of practice later, I’ve had the privilege of becoming one of the more decorated Invisalign providers in the world — recognized in 2022 as a Top 1% Invisalign Diamond+ Provider and honored in Dubai in 2025 as a TOP 150 Invisalign Provider in the World. I share that not to impress you, but because I want you to know that when you sit in my chair, you’re in genuinely capable hands.
What drives all of it is something I was raised with long before I ever picked up a dental instrument. As a US-born Sikh, the principle of seva (selfless service to others) has always been part of how I move through the world. Dentistry, for me, is seva in practice. It’s a way of showing up for the people in my community in a way that actually matters. That’s why I came home. That’s why I built this practice. And that’s the standard I hold myself to every single day.
The team and the space we’ve built together
Walk into Potomac Crown Dentistry and the first thing you’ll notice is that it doesn’t feel like a dental office. That was entirely intentional.
